A full-time plumbing and heating contractor with a background in the Marine Corps and police service, Lee's diverse experiences have shaped his understanding of the value of hard work and community. The farm, established in the 18th century, stands as a testament to the family's enduring legacy and their vision for integrating cannabis cultivation into sustainable farming practices.

Neal Gaffney, a Massachusetts native, is our cultivation maestro. With an extensive background in growing, breeding, extracting, and studying cannabis, Neal has been a cornerstone in three cannabis startups, contributing vast knowledge in Metrcs, preventative maintenance, extraction techniques, and pest mitigation, among others. His connections within the Massachusetts cannabis scene, including state senators and the Cannabis Control Commission, alongside his successful indoor and outdoor cultivation endeavors, mark Neal as a true veteran in the field.

Attorney Jack Collins brings unparalleled legal expertise to our team.
